Put on the armor of God!

"Therefore put on the armor of God” Ephesians 6:13

The bible says when the day of evil comes. Other translations says “In the day of evil”. The bible has given us a clue that there is a day of evil that comes to all. A day when the enemy attacks. A day when the devil aims a fiery dart in your direction. But before that evil day comes, put on the full armor of God. So before the attack, before the fight, before the battle we already should’ve put the full  armor of God. This is what we call preparing for war in times of peace. God”s word tells us about spiritual welfare and the principalities we wrestle with. Ephesians 6: it’s warning us to prepare ourselves because there will be a battle in your life at some point. This might present to us in various forms, but is still a battle nonetheless. “The Lord is my rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle”. When we keep our eyes on Jesus he will never forsake us nor leave us. Imagine if our Lord would leave us to fight alone? He has never lost a battle. We have authority and power over the darkness that's in the  world. The battle requires prayer, fasting, and dedication to the  continuous reading of the Bible. Do not intend to fight this battle on your own. We need to seek and ask God for discernment and knowledge. People of God, let us not be spiritual blind. Let us not ignore the enemy darts.

Let's encourage each other to stand our ground in faith. “Resist the devil and he will flee”. Spiritual blindness is unable to see the truth of God. Jesus opened physical and spiritual blindness John 9:39. Readers we must stay alert and awake following Jesus Christ our Savior our king our God Almighty and wholeheartedly trust in him to fight your battle. As Jesus said “ I am the light of the world. Who ever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light  of life”. Today I pray that God gives you peace, understanding and comfort.  May our eyes be opened, our hearts softened, our faith firm in Jesus.

God bless you, he has won the victory for you. He is the risen king. Hallelujah
